Andy Wood Mitchell - Having fronted a variety of bands over the years Andy's solo performances draws on music from the 70's, 80's, 90's with a few choice cuts from more recent pop history. He can switch from soul to Rock and Pop depending on the demands of audiences with the intention of keeping the dance floor vibing.
Andy & the Big Funk - Created in the 90’s Andy & the Big Funk was created by lead vocalist Andy Wood Mitchell to back a variety of live and recording situations. The Big Funk as the name suggests covers funk, soul, R&B and dance music but there is also some more niche versions of the band such as Popfunkstatic featuring the slightly funkier cuts from 80’s pop.
The Davy Jones experience - dedicated to the music of David Bowie and number of other bespoke shows including 90’s Dance Diva’s; Thursday Night Soundtrack including the recent recording at Abbey Road Studios of Funksploitation a collection of tracks from the era Shaft and Superfly, Pricilla Queen of the Desert, The Roots of Soul and Sounds of Mowtown & Stax.
Rocks Off (Duo) - Recreating the sounds of the 70,80’s some 90’s a teeny bit of 00’s rock anthems with Recording artist Andy Wood Mitchell who along with releasing many albums of original and cover songs has worked with Damon Alban; Michael Ball, Carla Bruni, Natalie Cole ; The Evita Soundtrack& Tom Robinson amongst other credits and virtuoso Portuguese guitarist, producer and inhouse Ronny Scott’s Sound Engineer Nuno Carvalho.
Rocks off (Unplugged) - Laid back acoustic takes on songs by The Police, Clapton, Kings of Leon, Tracy Chapman as well as Soul classics including tracks from Bill Withers, Stevie Wonder and Marvin Gaye.

Their credits include Tom Jones, Beverly Knight, Tony Hadley, UB40, Stereo Mc’s, The Cure and many many more and also features musical legend like Jody Linscott on percussion whose played with practically everyone including The Who, Paul McCartney, Elton John and Jay Z. |
