Saxophonist for Hire - Terms and conditions
Introduction
Saxophonist for Hire is a lead generation site owned by Perfect Layout Digital Marketing. Our mission is to introduce quality musicians (Saxophonists, DJs, Vocalists and Bongo Players) to clients wishing to enhance the ambience of their special occasion/event. Creating long lasting and memorable occasions is at the heart of what we do and as such our musicians are experienced, talented individuals who can effectively perform at weddings, private parties, corporate events, pub gigs, festivals and everything in between.
The process
As an introductory service (matching clients to musicians) our process has been created to ensure minimum fuss for you (the client).
Securing a musician
In order to fully secure a musician for the date of your event, a non-refundable deposit must be paid. Bookings are only confirmed when the deposit has been paid and accepted by the musician. Until this point your date and booking is not secure. The musician will liaise with you about the best way to pay them the remainder of their fee. Once your booking has been secured, a change in start time may incur an additional cost.
Cancellations
In the rare event that a musician is unable to attend your booking, they will notify you as soon as possible and a full refund will be given back to you, directly from your musician. If your plans change and you are no longer able to go ahead with your booking, please give as much notice as possible to ensure that our musicians have the opportunity to seek work elsewhere.
Liability
Any liabilities with your booking lie with the musician that we introduce you to, not with Saxophonist for Hire.
Force Majeure and Acts of God
In the event of any unforeseen events or acts that may prevent a booking from going ahead, neither Saxophonist for Hire nor the musician that has been hired will be held responsible for the cancellation or postponement. This list is not exhaustive, but can include:
war, riots, fires, floods, death, hurricanes, typhoons, epidemics, pandemics, earthquakes, lightning, explosions, strikes, lockouts, prolonged shortage of energy supplies, and acts of governmental action prohibiting or impeding any party from performing its respective obligations.
No refund will be made to clients whose bookings may no longer go ahead due to unforeseen events such as these. However, attempts will be made to reschedule the event.

- Contact can be made via phone, contact form (on the website) or via Facebook.
- If you have specified a particular musician by name – your contact details will be given to them first.
- If the musician you have specified is unavailable, your information will be circulated to the wider group and you will be contacted via phone, message or email within 2 working days.
- If there is no availability from any of the musicians listed on our website, we will direct your request to an external group (of Saxophonists) to see if we can fulfil your request. Our musicians book up quickly, so if you haven’t heard back from someone within 5 working days it means that we have been unsuccessful in sourcing someone.
